In using financial applications not only able to understand the science of accounting alone but must be assisted with the ability of Computer Accounting. because based on my experience that does not have the ability mentioned above, must study hard to be able to use financial applications by learning to understand and understand the basic accounting theory and computer accounting. So in using the financial applications there is no error in penginputannya.
My new experience in using financial applications in Zahir Accounting application made me learn to understand the theory of Accounting and Computer Accounting. When I started using the application then I am in the spirit of making Account Classification Account List or COA tailored to the needs of Financial Statements in one of the Company that deals in the culinary field of PT. Mang Engking Group Indonesia.
After finished making my Account List / COA I immediately apply it by import or post sales reports contained in the POS system (Point Of Sale). When I see the results of posts on the BO (Back Office) to be poured in a sales report was different value, then I was confused, why be the difference.
Finally I try to communicate with Contact Center Zahir Accounting via his FB page and get directions and solutions, like below:

"Create a new account that is correct, then do the journal back to the balance of the account that is true .. Then the wrong account is disabled"
In check aja in settings >> important account >> which account so settingan for sales discount
I:
"Then what is the cost of promotion is how to move to the income of the business plus jdi minus min?"
Zahir:
General Journal of Classified Sales Income Income in Debit Trs Credit Promotion Costs.
Adjustment of Difference in Revenue on Double Account Service, one Account on Business Revenue and one on the Other Outside Business Revenue Account.
